Cancellation Policy

Project-based work

You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of the deposit. After work begins, cancellation is possible but the deposit is forfeited to cover work completed.

Monthly retainers

Retainers can be cancelled at any time by emailing support@scalewavellc.com at least 5 days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period is not refunded.

How cancellations are processed

We confirm all cancellations in writing by email within 1 business day.
