These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by ScaleWave LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with offices at 9107 W Russell Rd Ste 100, Las Vegas, NV 89148 ("ScaleWave," "we," "us").

Services

ScaleWave provides custom software development, AI and automation services, and consulting, as described in a written proposal or statement of work agreed with the client before any work begins.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable processor's terms in addition to ours. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

AI-based services

Where services include AI-generated output, results may vary depending on the input data, prompts, and third-party AI providers used. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI tools, but we will work with you to refine results within the agreed scope.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. ScaleWave retains the right to reuse general methods, frameworks, and non-confidential know-how.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleWave's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
