Refund Policy

Refund window

Project deposits are refundable in full if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable but are applied toward the final invoice.

Completed deliverables

Because our services involve custom development work, completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable. If a deliverable does not match the agreed written scope, we will revise it at no extra cost until it does.

Subscription / retainer plans

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period once work has started. You may cancel future billing at any time — see our Cancellation Policy.

How to request a refund

Email support@scalewavellc.com with your invoice number and reason. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
